This is a stunning expose that a Budget should be used as an instrument to protect con men (and con women) of India. Stashing away billions into tax havens abroad is no small matter. It concerns the wealth of the nation which is being looted in larger quantum's, within 60 years of Independent India, than what the British colonial regime did in about 150 years.
