SCPC: Family Pension correct entitlements

Dear Sir,
The revision of ordinary family pension is not done properly by the banks. As per the Govt order dated 11.11.2008 Annexure I is not beneficial and only Annexure II (in case of Officers families) and Annexure III (in case of PBOR families) are beneficial. But the banks have revised their family pension as per Annexure I.

All the Bank's Head Offices must be informed to correct the mistake, otherwise our family pensioners will be the losers. The MOD and the PCDA(P) are keeping silent in the matter.

I have worked out the details on the subject for your perusal, approval and publishing for the information of all concerned in the Blogs.

While our Fight for One Rank One Pension in on one side, let there also be our fight for a correct pension from the Banks by educating our readers through our Blogs.

I request you to kindly verify my statement if found correct, make all out efforts to force all the Banks to pay this pension to our poor family pensioners immediately.

I have come across a number of cases, that a wife of a subedar major is drawing the pension of a sepoy's wife. The Bankers do not understand our ranks and they are not interested to learn and do correctly.
