Status of soldiers has hit the rock bottom, but the digging continues!

Dear Brig Kamboj,
A few weeks ago, our course mate, Brig Dharam Prakash suggested that I examine the cause of the present unrest amongst the veterans in a holistic manner. At his behest, I wrote the attached piece, which has been published in a monthly magazine, "Freedom First" founded by the late Mr Minoo Masani.
