UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate the much awaited Bandra-Worli sea link, India's first open sea and largest cable stay bridge in Mumbai on Tuesday. Its developer Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) treated Mumbaikars with a spectacular laser, lights and fireworks show, turning the bridge into a sparkling jewel on Monday.
