Dear Colleagues,
In view of the continued spell of cold wave and fog over Delhi and taking into consideration the frequent cancellation or inordinate delay in the running of trains, the Governing Body has decided to postpone the depositing of medals from 31 January to Sunday, 14 March 2010. This may kindly be disseminated to all ESM that need to be informed.
