IESM: Chairman's Desk

Dear Colleagues,
Opening of the welfare cells by the IESM has been well received by the environment. There are a number of problems, particularly Pension related, that continue to be received. There seems an inordinate and inexplicable delay on the part of the government in issuing orders on enhanced pensions.
