Dear Chander,
Thank you for your mail. Yes, my talk was listened to with attention, but as I had to catch my train, I hurried out as soon as Shri Sangma the Chief Guest had spoken and thus missed the chat and interaction that usually accompanies tea. The function was very well organised and the military touch was quite eveident.
