The text of a mail received by me is reproduced below. I have NOT seen the advertisement myself but not surprised either. They would have advertised in some very limited papers. Just compare this with the full page advertisements issued by the various minstries, for example by the railways even when a renovated platform is inaugurated in some remote corner of the country!
