Dear Colleagues,
The Jantar mantar venue continues to remain activated.
Visits
Col Kanwar Bhardwaj, Sub Ramsarup Yadav and self visited Hisar and Bhiwani in Haryana today. The attendance was approx 150 and 250 ESM respectively, with a goodly sprinkling of IESL members, particularly at Bhiwani. There was enthusiastic support for the IESM cause at both places. There was also unanimity in the view that the ESM must come together to achieve our aim of getting OROP.
Gratitude
During my last visit in Jan 2009 to Bawal in Rewari District of Haryana, the ESM had requested that the surroundig villages had to travel far to Rewari for purchases from the CSD canteen. I promised to get a mobile canteen visiting Bawal every month. That promise got fulfilled today with the first visit of the mobile canteen. The President and General Secretary of the Bawal Chaurasi called up to convey their gratitude.
Best regards,
Lt Gen (Emeritus) Raj Kadyan, PVSM, AVSM, VSM
Chairman IESM
