IESM: Fast for Justice- hundred and twelveth day

Our venue at Jantar Mantar remains active.
Maha Rally 12 April 2009
There is a pro-IESM wave sweeping across Northern India. Reports have been flooding in of ESM from Haryana and Rajasthan joining the Rally in large numbers irrespective of their affiliation to any other organisation. Haryana alone is expected to send 10,000 participants. Resources are being mobilised. Mrs Usha Ahlawat, w/o Late Colonel DS Ahlawat, JAT, has set the ball rolling by contributing Rs 2,100.00 for the purpose.
Voting Advisory
Views are being sent on what line to take on the issue. Gist is:
1. Going by bitter experience vis-a-vis OROP, we should be chary of trusting any Party.
2. Politics being a dangerous minefield a careful trudge is advocated.
3. Language/ wording should be carefully crafted and the message diplomatically conveyed.
4. The announcement should not be a free-for-all and should be made only by the Chairman towards the end. (Our well wisher has suggested that it be done at 1420 hours on 12 April).
All the above points of view deserve respect and will be kept in mind. Consideration will also be given to:
1. The environment has been seeking a clear-cut advice.
2. Pros and cons of a mid-course two-boat-ride stance versus a clear lean without ambiguity.
3. Not overlooking the fact that though the old issue of OROP has been ditched by various parties in the past, at no time had its pursuit gathered this much steam at national level and no politician will be able to brush the issue under the carpet. Whatever advice that is given will be with due objectivity and neutrality and based only on the interests of the ESM community.

एक समर्थक IESM लहर उत्तरी भारत भर में व्यापक है. रिपोर्ट के ESM हरियाणा और राजस्थान से किसी भी अन्य संगठन से संबद्धता भले के बड़ी संख्या में इस रैली में शामिल होने में बाढ़ की गई है. हरियाणा अकेले 10000 प्रतिभागियों भेजने की संभावना है. संसाधन जुटाए जा रहे हैं. श्रीमती उषा Ahlawat, w / ओ स्वर्गीय कर्नल डी एस Ahlawat, जाट, गेंद को इस प्रयोजन के लिए 2100.00 रुपए योगदान करके रोलिंग निर्धारित किया है.
वोटिंग सलाहकार
दर्शाव क्या लाइन पर इस मुद्दे पर लेने के लिए भेजा जा रहा है. तात्पर्य यह है:
1. कड़वा अनुभव विज़ से जा रहे एक-विज़ OROP, हम किसी भी पार्टी पर भरोसा करने की एहतियाती होना चाहिए.
2. राजनीति एक सावधान trudge वकालत की है एक खतरनाक (minefield) खदान जा रहा है.
3. भाषा/ शब्द सावधानी से तैयार की जाती है और यह संदेश होना चाहिए कूटनीतिक जानकारी दी.
4. यह घोषणा नहीं की जानी चाहिए एक मुक्त करने के लिए सभी और अध्यक्ष द्वारा केवल अंत में किया जाना चाहिए. (हमारी शुभचिंतक है कि उस पर 1420 घंटों में किया जा सुझाव दिया गया है 12 अप्रैल).
देखने के सब से ऊपर अंक और सम्मान के पात्र को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा. विचार करने के लिए भी दिया जाएगा:
1. पर्यावरण एक स्पष्ट सलाह की मांग की गई है.
2. पेशेवरों और एक मध्य कोर्स दो से विपक्ष-नाव-बनाम सवारी दृष्टिकोण एक अस्पष्टता के बिना दुबला साफ है.
3. नहीं, इस तथ्य के बावजूद एक रॅँक, एक पेंशन (OROP) के पुराने मुद्दे को अतीत में विभिन्न दलों द्वारा, नहीं समय पर धोखा दिया गया है कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर और कोई राजनेता कालीन के तहत इस मुद्दे को ब्रश करने में सक्षम हो जाएगा इतना भाप इकट्ठे हुए इसकी खोज की थी देखती. उस वजह से वस्तुनिष्ठता और तटस्थता और भूतपूर्व सैनिक (ESM) समुदाय के हितों की ही पर आधारित के साथ की जाएगी जो भी सलाह दी जाती है.
