IESM has its own website now
Date: Wednesday, 1 April, 2009, 12:26 PMDear Veterans,
The IESM web site
www.iesm.org is reasonably ready and is functional. You are all advised to:
Keep abreast with events through the site.
New members to register on site. Payment still to be done either through direct deposit in your local HDFC Bank or by cheque through post to IESM's registered address. Arrangements to get 'Payment Gateway' for payment through Credit Cards under consideration.
Soon all existing membership data will get enetered on the site and you will be able to see your details on the site itself.
Membership Number will be allotted in due course.
The web site is still to be improved with more functionalities and regular updates. This will be an on going process.
The site has been prepared 'pro-bono' by Col RN Ghosh (Retd), a gunner, and for the time being his Company Staff manages it too. In due course, we shall have to take it upon ourselves. IESM family extends its sincere appreciation and thanks to Col Ghosh for his contribution.
Friends, I request you all to pass the word around to max veterans through mails & groups that you control.
Maj Gen (Retd) PK Renjen, AVSM
