Tips to Keep Fit and Reduce Anxiety and Visits to Polyclinics
Our age is catching up and many are battling adverse health versus longevity. Here are some tips which will brighten up your future and open up new vistas/ avenues to maintain one's health in ship shape! A sound body in a sharp mind.
Choosing a Healthy Lifestyle
You may ask yourself, "How do I begin to improve my health habits?" A good way to start is to set small goals instead of large ones that you won't be able to meet. For example, instead of setting a goal of losing 5 Kgs in the next year, set some smaller goals for eating better and being more active. You may decide to trade your morning dosa and chutney or channa butara for a bowl of cereal or start taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work.
