5-point agenda to fight corruption in India
Mr Verappa Moily, Union Law Minister has said that the Centre is working on a five-point agenda against corruption.

Addressing a seminar on Election Reforms in Chandigarh , he said that a group of ministers is working to curb the corruption. He said that elections are the origin of corruption which ultimately pollutes the whole system. So, there is a need to make elections an impartial process.

The government is hiding behind alibis on inflation and behind legal and administrative constraints on corruption. The UPA government has its back to the wall, though it is putting on a brave face. But this may not be enough to beat back the rising tide of discontent and anger in the country...
